About Bill Fries

Photo of Bill Fries Bill Fries is a retired Christian businessman who has a deep love for Jesus Christ and the Word of God. Bill is called as a teacher in the body of Christ and serves in that ministry office. Teaching the Word to God’s people is the most deeply rewarding and satisfying work he has ever done. For the past twenty-five years he has shared spiritual principles from God’s Word throughout the world, including the United States, Wales, Haiti, Cambodia, Myanmar and Israel.

Bill graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1965 in the top 5% of his class. He served five years in Admiral Rickover’s nuclear submarine force, including five patrols on the USS Benjamin Franklin, a fleet ballistic missile nuclear submarine.

After leaving the Navy in 1970, Bill joined Florida Power & Light Company, where he oversaw the design, construction and start-up of multi-million dollar power plants. He served with distinction for 31 years, rising through the ranks to senior executive positions beginning in 1993. He retired in 2002.

Bill serves as an elder at Covenant Centre International, an interdenominational Christian church located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

He is married to his wife and life partner, Judy. The couple has four children and twelve grandchildren. Bill and his family live in South Florida.
